📋 Description

• Deliver technical support, maintenance, and repair services for Agfa Radiology’s imaging products • Travel to customer sites • Install and commission imaging equipment and associated ICT/electrical equipment • Maintain and service imaging equipment and associated ICT/electrical equipment • Ensure proper functioning and optimal performance of products • Liaise between Agfa Radiology Solutions and customers • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues • Cooperate with Agfa’s Shared Service Centre on service, maintenance, updates, and installations • Maintain test equipment, tools, and company property • Process spare parts in accordance with policy • Expand knowledge of colleagues and customers through continuous development and improvement • Build relationships and maintain teamwork with internal and external partners • Identify and escalate situations affecting customer satisfaction or contractual obligations • Work within a multidisciplinary team to achieve organisational goals

🎯 Requirements

• HNC/D degree in electromechanics, electronics, computer science or engineering; alternatively qualified by extensive experience • Ideally previous field service experience undertaking similar work • Strong IT skills • Microsoft Office skills • Networking Infrastructure skills • Full UK driving license • Ability to travel to customer sites • Ability to adhere to regulatory requirements, company policies and work procedures • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
