📋 Description

• Install, maintain, and repair TOMRA Reverse Vending Machines at customer sites • Support installation, commissioning, and rollout of new machines across the UK • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues • Carry out preventative maintenance and reactive repairs • Build relationships with customers and site contacts • Travel throughout the region, with occasional overnight stays • Record service activities, machine status, and updates using digital systems • Share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement • Maintain high safety standards • Deliver reliable equipment operation and excellent customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Curious and solution-oriented mindset, with strong attention to detail • Customer-focused approach, with clear and confident communication skills • Foundation in electro-mechanical systems • Interest in learning to analyse, test, and repair complex equipment • Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team • Flexibility to travel and manage your own schedule in a field-based role • Full UK driving licence • Must follow TOMRA Safe and LOTO safety standards • Flexibility for approved overtime and weekend working • From October 2027, availability for a rota-based shift pattern including weekend coverage
