• Proactive outreach (phone-focused): You will contact stakeholders in the bakery and bread sector — from independent bakery chains to food retailers — by phone (including cold calling) as well as via email and LinkedIn, qualify customer interest and fit for AIPERIA solutions, and generate interest in AIPERIA • Lead qualification: You will evaluate leads using clear criteria and hand qualified opportunities over to our sales team • Appointment setting & pipeline building: You will schedule initial meetings/demos for the sales team and maintain a tidy pipeline • Account and contact research: You will identify relevant stakeholders (CEOs, Head of Sales, Production Managers, Head of Purchasing), create account plans, and build lists for prioritized targets and targeted activities • Campaigns & sequences: You will set up outbound sequences (phone + email + social), test hooks/subject lines, and iterate based on data • Inbound lead qualification: You will quickly qualify incoming leads (webinars, website, trade shows) and prioritize follow-ups • Event pre- and post-work: You will support coordination of customer meetings at trade shows/events and execute structured follow-ups • CRM hygiene & reporting: You will document contacts, interactions, notes, and clear next steps carefully in the CRM system and provide transparent reporting • Collaboration with Sales, Marketing & Operations: You will share insights from customer conversations regarding market developments, new functional requirements, or handling objections, and help continuously improve customer outreach and product development.
• Passion for the bakery and bread sector and a desire to make the world a little better by reducing food waste • 3–5 years of experience as a BDR/SDR/Inside Sales in B2B SaaS or related industries (retail, food, supply chain a plus) • Very confident on the phone: You handle cold outreach professionally, structured, friendly, and with a focus on securing meetings • Strong research & organizational skills: ICP understanding, account planning, prioritization • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) • Native-level German and good English for international outreach • Initiative & goal orientation: You love clear KPIs and targets and bring ideas to continuously improve our processes • Bonus: Knowledge of the bakery sector, supply chain processes, or AI-based solutions
