ALB Conciergerie is a Lorient-based short-term rental management and concierge company providing turnkey services for property owners and travelers. They handle end-to-end management for Airbnb and other platforms — including listing creation and optimization, professional photography, dynamic pricing, guest check-in and support, cleaning and linen, maintenance, and local on-the-ground assistance — with the goal of maximizing owners' rental income and delivering 5-star guest experiences across Lorient, Vannes, La Baule and surrounding areas.

📋 Description

• Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations). • Management: Run your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations). • Freedom: Organize your own schedule and work from anywhere (partial remote / field).

• Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their property. • Open to all: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or any other background — your willingness to learn and commitment to doing a good job are what matter. • Autonomous: You want flexibility in your schedule while being supported by a solid organisation with proven processes.
