📋 Description

• Undertake risk control surveys remotely and on site • Engage directly with customers to determine whether trade-related hazards are adequately managed • Negotiate risk improvements • Produce reports within agreed quality and service standards • Deliver learning, development and training for internal colleagues and other stakeholders • Provide formal presentations and informal discussions during risk control surveys • Collaborate with and support other business areas • Deal with technical referrals from internal and external customers • Travel across the United Kingdom, including occasional overnight stays • Focus on Property, Business Interruption, Natural Hazards and Casualty

🎯 Requirements

• Educated to A-level or degree level standard • ACII qualified, other risk management qualification, or continuing progress towards • Strong experience working as a Risk Controls Surveyor • Able to travel across the UK • Full UK Driver’s License • Sense of commercial judgement and business acumen • Organised and articulate with attention to detail • Highly proactive approach to personal development and service delivery • Ability to assess risk, exposure and appropriate loss control measures • Excellent interpersonal skills • Responsible Artificial Intelligence usage desirable • NEBOSH Certified desirable
