📋 Description

• Own WealthComply’s product, including customers, requirements, roadmap, calls, and outcomes • Research and write requirements for engineers and AI coding agents • Become the product authority on FATCA and CRS using primary sources • Run the daily standup • Rule on technical trade-offs • Own release readiness and product quality • Turn customer, prospect, and sales signals into roadmap decisions • Specify and evaluate AI functionality inside the product • Adopt and develop AI operating models • Support client onboarding • Run product demos • Oversee support issues • Create content • Manage releases • Build tooling • Work toward reducing founder involvement in product operations • Potentially lead product across multiple sister companies

🎯 Requirements

• Experience shipping B2B software as a product manager • Ideally experience in a small company where you handled a broad range of responsibilities • Background in regulatory compliance, tax, financial services, or another domain where errors have significant consequences, or ability to learn such a domain quickly • Ability to write requirements that engineers can build from without extensive clarification • Technical fluency: ability to read code, script tooling, and prototype or ship small fixes with AI-assisted development • Ability to identify when AI-generated output is incorrect and understand why • Ability to research primary source documents, including OECD Commentary and FATCA/CRS materials • Outcome ownership rather than ticket management • Willingness to take responsibility during reporting-deadline incidents • Self-driven, highly intelligent problem solver willing to work hands-on in a small team
