• Own the end-to-end planning and execution of European field events • Build and maintain a European events calendar • Partner with the sales team to ensure event audiences reflect target account lists • Track and report on event performance • Partner with the Growth Marketing team to design and execute ABM programs • Measure ABM effectiveness at the account level • Own regional pipeline contribution targets • Build and execute integrated campaigns • Partner with the global Growth Marketing team to localize and adapt global campaigns • Act as the primary marketing partner to the European sales team • Collaborate with content, digital, and brand teams • Track, analyze, and report on regional marketing performance
• 4-6 years of B2B marketing experience • Demonstrated experience running field events end-to-end • Hands-on experience building and executing ABM programs • Experience working closely with sales teams • Prior experience in the European market • Strong project management skills • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to quickly deploy qualified technologists • Ability to contribute to the talent lifecycle • Building a diverse and inclusive workforce
