📋 Description

• Design, code, and deploy custom AI agents, LLM pipelines, and system integrations from scratch • Build sales automation tools for lead generation, personalized outreach, and pipeline tracking • Automate finance processes including timesheet reconciliation, invoicing checks, and P&L reporting • Develop talent and web sourcing pipelines, content engines, and design automations • Map internal workflows and prioritize high-ROI projects with the CEO • Measure operational time savings • Establish the technical foundation to hire, mentor, and lead an AI team as the function grows • Deliver measurable hours and cost savings across departments • Push working AI proofs of concept into production quickly • Contribute directly to margin expansion and sales support

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience deploying live AI workflows/agents • Portfolio walk-through required in interview • Experience with Python and/or TypeScript • Experience with LangChain, CrewAI, and/or AutoGen • Experience with APIs • Experience with automation tools such as n8n and Make • Ability to convert business bottlenecks into high-ROI technical builds • Self-starter who thrives on end-to-end ownership, from initial idea to production code • CV and examples of built AI projects required with application
