📋 Description
• Define where we are going and why • Translate market trends and customer insights into winning product bets • Prioritize ruthlessly based on business impact • Ensure predictable, high-quality delivery in partnership with Engineering • Deeply understand customer workflows, pain points, and value drivers • Partner with Sales and Marketing on positioning, packaging, and pricing • Hire, develop, and scale a high-performing product organization
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of experience within the relevant industry (SaaS/software preferred) • Strong operator who can drive execution, not just ideas • Credible with both customers and engineers • Must be strategic thinker who can connect market → product → revenue • Demonstrated credibility with customers and industry leaders.
