📋 Description

• Own, prioritise and execute the product vision and delivery roadmap for assigned tools and features • Translate broad product strategy into operational plans, milestones and release timescales • Partner with the CTO, Lead Engineers and executive peers to commercialise innovative capabilities • Turn complex MIS user needs into problem statements, epics and user stories • Prioritise backlogs using data, customer usage trends and the RICE framework • Manage technical tickets and tasks across Jira, Figma, Productboard and related tools • Lead sprint ceremonies, backlog grooming and planning sessions with the Lead Engineer • Balance product quality with on-time delivery • Improve team processes by monitoring software pipeline performance • Build structural wireframes and interface concepts to test and iterate solutions • Partner with UX/UI and Frontend teams to improve usability • Ensure interface changes follow modern UI/UX standards • Work with Finance and Legal to incorporate statutory and regulatory educational requirements • Align product functionality with revenue targets and partner with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market plans • Educate Sales and Customer Success teams on releases and feature updates • Represent Arbor at sales meetings, user forums and national education conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in a B2B or B2C SaaS product environment • Solid understanding of user experience design methodologies and interface best practices • Hands-on experience with Jira, Figma, Productboard and Slite • Practical experience applying data-driven prioritisation frameworks, specifically RICE • Proven track record running agile working practices and sprint ceremonies • Strong communication skills, self-starter mindset and ownership of outcomes • Passion for improving school staff working lives and thriving in a fast-paced environment • Understanding of the UK school system, MAT structures or statutory educational data frameworks (desirable) • Experience with Mixpanel, Pendo or Gainsight (desirable) • Visa sponsorship is unavailable at this time
