📋 Description

• Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and the product roadmap • Create product plans and roadmap items for the two product development pods • Communicate and build awareness for new and upcoming features internally and externally through product marketing announcements, webinars and demos • Produce feature specifications and review product requirements documents (PRDs) • Review and provide edits for product documentation and release notes • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources • Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule • Track product use and impact on end users • Make creative recommendations to expand the product base and vision • Co-develop product pricing and positioning strategies • Collaborate with engineers to break features down into prioritised backlogs • Own defining, prioritising, and accepting work delivered by the pods • Work hand-in-hand with the CTO and Engineering Teams

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Product Manager for products destined for Software Engineers, Data Professionals or ML Engineers • Relevant product design and engineering experience may be considered in lieu of official product management experience • Relevant product management credentials such as online courses or certifications may support product design or engineering experience • Proficiency with modern AI tooling like agentic coding, MCP servers and AI platform building • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycles • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a remote-first organization • Strong problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers and colleagues • Prior experience as a software developer is important to mention if available • Experience in data protection or data governance is important to mention if available • Passion for data privacy and governance • Strong collaboration, influencing, interpersonal, organisational, attention-to-detail and time-management skills • Ability to meet release deadlines • Positive attitude toward change and uncertainty, desire to continuously grow and learn, and openness to coaching • Curiosity, persistence, strategic thinking, business acumen and effective decision-making
