📋 Description
• Overseeing multiple construction and engineering partners to ensure alignment with project objectives • Act as the client’s representative, managing contractors and suppliers • Lead the implementation of robust project control systems • Cover cost management, earned value management, scheduling, risk management, and performance reporting • Mentor and develop junior project controls staff
🎯 Requirements
• Strong understanding of project controls principles (EVM, cost control, scheduling, EVM change management) • Proficiency in project management software and data analysis tools • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or related discipline • Professional certifications (APM, PMP, or equivalent) desirable • Time served experience in project controls within construction or infrastructure projects
