📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery for complex regulatory reporting programmes. • Manage senior client stakeholders with confidence and clarity. • Anticipate and resolve risks, issues and dependencies across cross-functional teams. • Co-ordinate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, to include engineering, ensuring consistent delivery quality. • Drive improvements to delivery methodology and contribute to shaping product direction. • Provide structured coaching and leadership to members of the delivery team.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years' experience delivering large-scale or multi-client implementations within regulatory reporting or RegTech, to include SaaS solutions. • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, data architecture and banking products. • Proven ability to translate complex regulatory obligations into structured delivery plans. • Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder management capability. • Experience mentoring delivery professionals and supporting their progression. • Strong organisational discipline and resilience under pressure, with a detail-focused approach. • Experience across multiple regulatory frameworks. • Background supporting RFI/RFP processes or pre-sales activity. • Experience contributing to solution design or product evolution. • Proficiency in a European language.
