📋 Description

• Prioritize agendas for the Senior Leadership Team, Operations Committee, and Portfolio Committee • Build and maintain charters, decision rights, membership, operating models, meeting cadence, and calendars • Prepare high-impact prework and pre-reads • Partner with decision owners to frame topics, decisions, advice, and desired outcomes • Facilitate meetings toward clear decisions, owners, deadlines, and next steps • Publish agendas, decisions, and action items and track follow-through to completion • Connect the three governance forums with other forums including SMC, DMC, and GPC • Set and adapt an annual strategic plan across the three forums • Help members and teams apply AI, digital tools, and agile/scrum practices • Build decision-making and structuring capability across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Senior project/program management experience, ideally supporting executive or governance forums • Sharp prioritization judgment regarding senior-leadership decisions • Strong facilitation and meeting-design skills • Ability to engage across all parts of the organization • Excellent written communication for pre-reads, agendas, and decision summaries • Ability to manage information flow, follow-through, and accountability across multiple stakeholders • Comfort applying agile/scrum practices in a leadership-governance context • Fluency or strong enthusiasm for technology and AI tools • High discretion and sound judgment with confidential, high-stakes information • Coaching and capability-building mindset • Advanced degree (Master or PhD) in a health-related discipline or equal by experience • At least 10 years of drug development/commercialization experience in relevant disease areas • At least 5 years of Program Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment, preferably cross-cultural • Must live in Ghent, Belgium or Boston, Massachusetts • Must be able to travel approximately 25%
