📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute staffing for Audit engagements, aligning staff skills, experience, and availability with client and engagement requirements • Partner with leadership to forecast resource demand, identify capacity gaps, and recommend optimal staffing and utilization strategies • Maintain and enhance staffing and scheduling systems for real-time accuracy and visibility into team availability and allocation • Monitor utilization and project timelines, providing analysis and actionable insights to prevent bottlenecks and ensure timely project delivery • Communicate staffing updates and scheduling changes proactively with leaders, engagement managers, and team members • Collaborate with HR, Talent Development, and leadership on workforce planning, onboarding, and skill development initiatives • Identify trends, streamline resource management processes, and leverage data to drive operational decisions • Balance multiple assignments and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to improve utilization and business performance

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project operations within public accounting, consulting, or professional services • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline • Strong understanding of Audit engagement lifecycles, staffing models, and operational processes within a professional services environment • Competence in Microsoft Office Suite • Preferred: experience with resource management platforms such as Workday, Dayshape, CCH Axcess Workflow/XCM, or similar
