• The Sales Specialist reports to the Director of Sales, UK & Europe. • Manage the proactive outreach to acquire and grow the business of an assigned group of small travel partner accounts in the UK & Europe. • Responsible for developing close relationships with the trade channel including acquiring new partners. • Support and achieve aggressive growth targets and identify and increase market penetration within assigned accounts. • Successfully manage existing partner relationships and deepen the partnerships. • Build sales campaigns to drive bookings and revenue. • Attend and participate in various sales conferences, training, and industry events as required to nurture product awareness.
• Post-Secondary education and experience in the Travel/Tourism industry (a four-year degree is preferred) • Prior sales or business development experience preferred. • Experience in relationship building through combination of in person, over the phone, and digital interactions. • Proven track record of success in achieving goals. • Experience with Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, Concur, and other systems. • Strong presentation and training skills, both in person and via webinars. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Fluency in French or German is preferred.
