• Serve as an Account Executive for middle-market commercial P&C accounts • Handle all aspects of client lifecycle: marketing, placement, coverage analysis, endorsements, and compliance • Collaborate with producers to craft renewal strategies and deliver insights that drive retention and growth • Apply technical expertise to navigate complex coverage structures and negotiate with carriers • Partner with engineers to integrate automation and AI into client service workflows • Uphold and evolve Arvor’s client service playbook • Provide feedback to product/engineering to shape new tools • Pilot new AI-driven systems, sharing insights on usability and impact • Model curiosity, adaptability, and precision in every aspect of work
• 7+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience (you have focused on middle-market and/or large accounts) • Deep understanding of core commercial lines (Property, GL, Auto, WC, Umbrella and Specialty Lines) • Proven success managing a book of complex accounts • Strong communication and analytical skills • Active, current P&C License (advanced designations a plus) • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable in fast-moving environments
