📋 Description

• Develop requirements for projects and act as the voice of customers for user needs throughout the product lifecycle • Own development of requirements for NPI/CPI projects under Senior Product Manager guidance • Maintain accountability across project gateway stages from initiation through product launch • Quantify post-launch performance • Align continuously with regional stakeholders and communicate changes and updates • Build trusted relationships to gain stakeholder confidence • Collaborate with product owners and R&D teams to balance cost, quality, and speed to market • Support product backlog prioritization based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility • Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to support product launches and market adoption • Maintain product-perspective accountability and alignment with operational teams • Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and leadership • Report to the Senior Product Manager (KAM Software)

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management • Experience in software products • Experience with hardware products and/or exposure to AI-assisted software development tools will be an advantage • Ability to build relationships and communicate with stakeholders • Ability to prioritize time to focus on the most important issues at the right time • Good at collaborating with a team and a proactive problem-solver • A bachelor’s degree in an engineering or other relevant subject is a plus • Travel required: 11%-30%
