đź“‹ Description
• Drive innovative New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives from concept to launch • Ensure specific NPI initiatives (epics) adhere to agreed timelines and budgets • Coordinate initiatives from ideation through launch • Manage coordination and communication among internal ART dependencies, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering, NPI Supply Chain, and external contract manufacturers when required • Contribute to program management best practices and agile process improvements through LACE initiatives • Develop and implement epic-centric risk management strategies • Participate in PI planning and PI execution • Work with agile teams, ARTs, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful program execution • Maintain epic-centric schedules and facilitate epic-centric planning meetings • Develop and maintain epic dashboards and metrics tracking progress, performance, and outcomes • Identify and implement opportunities to improve epic delivery efficiency and effectiveness • Develop and implement epic-level communication plans
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in a technology-driven environment • Knowledge of industry-specific regulatory and compliance requirements in Physical Access Control (PACS), Security, Cloud-based SaaS, and Biometrics • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role, preferably in a technology-driven environment • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex programs and projects on time and within budget • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows • Proficiency in project planning software such as Jira and Miro • Compliance with relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems • Travel and fieldwork, including international travel, may be required • Must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport • Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which hired
