📋 Description

• Design, build, and operate multi-agent workflows and tool-enabled agents • Architect and maintain end-to-end RAG systems • Evaluate and integrate LLMs and GenAI services • Develop and optimize prompting strategies • Define and own evaluation frameworks for generative outputs • Build scalable, secure AI infrastructure on AWS • Own the full deployment lifecycle for models and agents • Ensure data quality through rigorous validation and augmentation

🎯 Requirements

• Production experience designing multi-agent systems with tools • Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines end-to-end • Strong experience defining and running evaluation pipelines for generative AI • Demonstrated experience with foundation models and GenAI providers • Solid grounding in classical NLP techniques • Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock • Proficiency with AWS ecosystem • Familiarity with MLOps & CI/CD processes • Experience with infrastructure as code methods • Production-quality proficiency in Python • Experience with experiment tracking tools • Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions • Strong collaborative instincts
