📋 Description

• Deliver the regional BIM strategy and transformation plan • Define BIM scope, deliverables and approach to meet client needs • Assess, trial and support adoption of digital tools and methods • Support governance, assurance and reporting • Provide BIM/IM input to bids • Shape early scope by clarifying BIM requirements • Engage clients and internal stakeholders to promote BIM capability • Develop and implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) • Enable cross-discipline coordination and consistent application of BIM standards • Support information exchange, model QA and approval processes • Manage and coordinate BIM Coordinators • Identify skills gaps and support delivery of upskilling plans • Align regional hardware/software needs with the BIM strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) • Experience as an Information/BIM Manager (or similar) in a multi-disciplinary environment • Strong knowledge of UK BIM requirements and ISO 19650-aligned information management • Proficient with Revit, Navisworks and Revizto; other tools (e.g., Rhino, Solibri, Morta, OBD) desirable • Experienced in managing Common Data Environments (CDEs) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
