📋 Description

• Oversee the effectiveness of security controls across assigned clients, services, and business environments. • Manage security risks, control deficiencies, and remediation activities through to resolution. • Support security incident management, escalation, investigation, and reporting activities. • Coordinate audit, compliance, and assurance activities, including evidence collection and stakeholder engagement. • Drive continuous improvements in security governance, operational processes, and security performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in information security, cyber security, risk management, or security operations. • Strong knowledge of security governance, compliance, and control frameworks including ISO 27001 and NIST Cyber Security Framework. • Experience managing security incidents, audits, risk registers, and remediation programmes. • Ability to assess security risks and translate findings into practical business actions. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills. • Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISMP, CCP, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Lead Auditor. • Experience supporting compliance with UK GDPR, Cyber Essentials Plus, or client-specific regulatory requirements.
