• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic Tier 1 Financial Services accounts. • Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned to customer objectives. • Build trusted relationships with executive and C-suite stakeholders. • Lead commercial renewals, negotiations and expansion opportunities. • Partner closely with Customer Success to maximise customer adoption and business outcomes. • Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping shape product direction and commercial strategy. • Identify commercial risks and proactively protect recurring revenue. • Share market insight on Financial Services, AI and regulatory developments to support business growth.
• Enterprise SaaS, software or AI account management experience • A proven track record of growing strategic customer accounts, driving renewals and increasing customer retention • Experience working with large Financial Services organisations • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Strong commercial negotiation, planning and relationship-building capability • A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes • Nice to Have: Experience within AI, compliance or regulated technology. • Nice to Have: An established network across UK Financial Services • Nice to Have: Experience navigating enterprise procurement processes and complex commercial negotiations
