📋 Description

• Responsible for acquiring new customers across all segments and for meeting required sales and revenue targets for customers with annual revenue < €100K. • Conduct detailed market monitoring, identify trends and competitors, and communicate insights to relevant departments (Marketing, Technical, etc.) and to management. • Maintain clear and structured documentation of customer activities and contact details in Salesforce.com.

🎯 Requirements

• Master craftsman qualification in automotive refinishing (vehicle painting) • At least 5 years of professional experience with automotive repair paints • Quick comprehension and the ability to identify customer needs, combined with strong problem-solving skills • High degree of self-discipline and personal accountability • Fluent German; English skills are desirable.
