📋 Description

• Acquire and manage customers for Liquid Coatings and Ecoat in our core segments across the DACH and Benelux regions • Support the field sales team in positioning our product and service portfolio to meet customer-specific needs • Transition customers to the use of new technologies • Advise customers on new product systems • Develop new customer segments • Identify and maximize existing customer potential • Monitor and reduce outstanding receivables • Manage allocated budgets responsibly and with a strong focus on cost efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training • Initial professional experience in sales, ideally in a B2B environment • Strong customer orientation and enthusiasm for winning new customers, developing new markets, and selling complex technical products through a consultative approach • Experience in the coatings, paints, or chemical industries is an advantage • High level of reliability, initiative, and commitment • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of flexibility • Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented communication skills, both written and verbal • Very good IT skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Willingness to travel extensively (at least 60% of working time) • Independent, structured, and results-oriented approach to work
