📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders to develop and optimize strategic hotel programs • Contribute to consulting engagement delivery through communication, documentation and issue resolution • Support rate availability management, bid analysis, supplier engagement, project tracking and client-ready reporting • Collect, analyze and interpret travel and hotel program data using proprietary and third-party tools • Identify trends, savings opportunities, program risks and operational efficiencies • Translate data findings into actionable client recommendations • Develop accurate, visually high-quality reports, presentations and other client-facing deliverables • Participate in process improvement and product enhancement initiatives • Strengthen internal operations and elevate the client experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing consulting, customer success, on-property hotel operations or sales, hotel program management, travel supplier or corporate travel role • Experience with hotel sourcing, hotel procurement, hotel sales, travel program data, travel industry pricing or supplier discount programs • Experience with visualization tools or presentation software beyond Microsoft Office • Strong organizational, time management and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and deadlines simultaneously • Excellent verbal, visual and written communication skills • Ability to present complex ideas and challenging messages to internal and external stakeholders at all levels • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative mindset • Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse, cross-functional and global teams • Proactive, consultative approach with passion for continuous learning, industry trends and emerging technologies • Background in management consulting, financial analysis, travel supplier or agency management is helpful but not required
