📋 Description

• Provide overall direction, guidance, definition, and facilitation for current and future state Global solutions • Work directly with business and IT leaders, engineering teams, and product/process/program owners from multiple countries • Own Global Front Office Salesforce designs, enablement, and solution architecture guidance • Lead analysis and design of tactical and strategic systems • Establish standard practices for representing and developing information, process, and system models • Produce technical documents, including reference architecture, high-level designs, and architectural context and scope documents • Ensure solutions conform to global principles, policies, standards, and regulations and are scalable, future-proof, and fit for purpose • Develop and maintain architectural principles, strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps • Support creation of low-level designs and review design documentation • Support the Project Manager in planning activities and technical viewpoints • Ensure all key design decisions are logged • Monitor emerging technologies and trends and incorporate them into future architectures and roadmaps

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computing science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field • Strong understanding of architecture and functionality of Salesforce technologies and solutions, including Marketing, Service, Field Service, and Sales • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data and technology solutions to business stakeholders’ needs and requirements • Highly strategic mindset with ability to connect the dots and translate into key tactical actions • Strong ability to deal with ambiguity • Strong influencing skills across all levels internal and external to the enterprise • Strong team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, outside-the-box problem solving skills, and pragmatic approach • Extensive experience with global deployments of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service and Sales • Excellent track record of gaining senior leadership buy-in to high-impact, high-value roadmaps and business cases • Excellent solution architecture experience • Solid experience of senior stakeholder management • Extensive experience of architecting and delivering large (£20M+), global transformations involving multiple Systems Integration partners
