📋 Description

• Lead customer discovery to understand goals, challenges and ways of working, and turn this insight into clear solution recommendations. • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that show how Access software solves real customer problems. • Work closely with Sales, Product, Professional Services and Marketing to support bids, proposals, handovers and customer events. • Build and maintain reusable demo assets and share feedback from customers to help improve products and go‑to‑market activity.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in solutions consulting, pre‑sales, sales engineering, implementation or a similar customer‑facing role. • Confidence explaining technical concepts like integrations, configuration and product capability in plain language. • An interest in using AI tools to improve preparation, scenario modelling and demonstration design. • Awareness of industry or sector‑specific processes, regulations or competitor landscapes.
