• Develop and enhance Biffa’s early careers programmes for apprentices, graduates, interns and work experience placements • Build structured programmes that inspire, challenge and empower future talent • Run recruitment campaigns and outreach initiatives to attract candidates • Provide development, mentoring and career progression for early careers talent • Build partnerships with universities, colleges, schools and training providers • Measure impact, track progress and refine strategies to support retention and development • Ensure programmes are accessible and equitable for underrepresented talent • Develop partnerships with the DWP and leading charities to promote social mobility • Collaborate across the business on government-backed initiatives such as the Armed Forces Covenant and Disability Confident Scheme
• Experience designing and delivering standout apprenticeship, graduate, or early careers programmes • Strong stakeholder management with ability to forge strong partnerships both internally and externally, including schools and universities • Ability to challenge, influence and inspire • Confidence with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
