📋 Description
• Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, blended and LMS-enabled learning programmes • Create structured learning pathways, assessments, digital learning assets and facilitator resources • Transform complex scientific and technical content into accessible, effective and engaging learning experiences • Work closely with subject matter experts, trainers and the wider Training Services team • Build reusable and scalable learning products • Influence learning design standards • Support the expansion of BioPhorum's training portfolio and commercially successful training offering • Deliver measurable learner impact
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in instructional design, curriculum development or learning experience design • Ideally, expertise in digital, virtual and blended learning solutions • Passion for translating complex knowledge into meaningful learning experiences
