📋 Description

• Deliver dedicated, targeted, and expert membership support for assigned regions and clubs • Launch and guide in-club implementation of Membership priorities and initiatives, including acquisition, retention, loyalty, and experience • Support the RDO in the daily focus, communication, and execution of membership priorities • Guide and prioritize execution of standard membership programs, pivoting when required by business needs • Champion optimum Membership Experience and drive MSAT/VOM results • Direct, track, measure, coach, and drive membership metrics at club and regional levels • Share ownership and accountability with operations for regional membership results • Communicate key Membership topics, including results and promotions, across all levels • Provide club leadership and teams with education, training, and coaching for membership performance and member experience • Deliver “Train the Trainer” support for membership initiatives • Support identification and selection of talent for the FEM role • Use reporting tools to assess strengths and opportunities and target efforts • Assess execution and results and implement improvement plans • Complete special projects, including new club support and stretch assignments • Travel and overnight stays as required • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team member engagement, cross-functional team supervision, training, coaching, and communicating results • Ability to own and deliver strategic initiatives and objectives • Experience gathering and analyzing data to guide decisions and improve performance • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Commitment to outstanding service for all Members • Open availability required • Previous loyalty, retail sales, and/or training experience preferred • Multi-unit experience is a plus • Ability to travel and stay overnight as required • Ability to move frequently on hard surfaces and perform bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping • Ability to lift and move heavy and/or awkward objects over 30 pounds with assistance
