📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with firms and producers selling John Hancock life insurance products • Share the John Hancock story and value proposition with distributors to drive new business sales • Proactively market John Hancock life insurance products, including LifeCare, Vitality, and Grail • Partner with Sales Support, RVP, LifeCare Specialist, and Sales Management • Develop a personal sales goals/plan to meet prescribed sales goals • Establish a new business pipeline for a consistent stream of business and sales • Follow John Hancock best practices for personal and team success • Collaborate with management when implementing sales campaigns • Contribute to key messaging and create supporting tools for sales initiatives • Grow revenue within a defined U.S. territory by cultivating relationships with financial advisors and partnering with an External Wholesaler

🎯 Requirements

• FINRA SIE license required • Series 6 license required • Series 63 license required • State Insurance Licenses required • Strong facilitation skills and ability to build team consensus • Strong communication skills • Ability to articulate business cases clearly and effectively when presenting information • Ability to build effective business relationships with key stakeholders and business management
