📋 Description

• Integration: You manage the entire integration process from handover after the M&A phase through to successful completion. • Coordination: You coordinate all involved departments and are responsible for ensuring effective collaboration. • Kick-off meetings: You organize and lead meetings to ensure a successful project start. • Project planning and control: You create and own detailed project plans in our project management tool Asana and monitor their implementation. • Central interface function: You act as the central communication hub between business partners and internal teams at blau direkt. • Risk management: You proactively identify potential risks and initiate appropriate countermeasures. • Team coordination and stakeholder management: You promote cross-departmental cooperation and report regularly on project progress to stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the insurance market: You have solid knowledge of the insurance industry and understand the processes and specifics of broker companies. • Project management expertise: You have successfully led projects and are proficient with project management tools, preferably Asana. • Strong communication and diplomatic skills: You communicate clearly, empathically and persuasively at all hierarchical levels. • Structured and solution-oriented work style: You can oversee complex processes and work in an organized manner. • Team-player mentality: You value teamwork and can motivate different specialist departments. • Willingness to travel: You will occasionally visit our business partners on site.
