• Overall responsibility for project and service management throughout the entire customer lifecycle. • Act as the central interface and coordinate complex requirements between customers, Sales, internal technical teams and external partners. • Conduct regular service reviews, including monitoring SLAs and key performance indicators. • Continuously improve support structures, service processes and managed services agreements. • Proactively advise customers on best practices and strategically introduce new Workspace topics. • Actively explore new trends in the cloud environment and continuously share knowledge within the team.
• Relevant professional experience and a solid technical understanding of operating IT systems in the Google environment. • Practical experience in project management, ideally supported by certifications such as Scrum, Prince2 or ITIL. • A structured working style with high self-initiative and the drive to actively shape existing processes. • Strong service orientation in customer interactions and a collaborative team spirit for internal cooperation. • The ability to act professionally, confidently and solution-oriented even in conflict situations. • Confident communication in German and English in professional customer contact. • Willingness to actively support the resilience of our cloud operations by regularly participating in the on-call rotation.
