📋 Description

• You coordinate our training, webinar and community projects administratively and keep an overview when multiple initiatives run in parallel. • You plan timelines, coordinate all participants and ensure deadlines are met reliably. • You manage project-related communication with clients and partners and keep all stakeholders aligned. • You prepare reports, track KPIs and document progress in a structured and traceable manner. • You bring structure to dynamic project phases and ensure processes remain clear and efficient. • You support the further development of existing programs and processes and contribute your own ideas.

🎯 Requirements

• You have already gained experience in project management — ideally in an agency, corporate or digital environment. • You feel confident in client contact and can communicate confidently with different stakeholders. • You work in a structured way, keep an overview even when handling multiple parallel topics and think organizationally ahead. • You have experience in reporting and can document projects clearly and present them transparently using KPIs. • You take initiative, don’t wait for perfect conditions and take responsibility. • You use digital tools confidently and are open to applying AI in daily work — ideally you already have some practical experience.
