📋 Description

• Central clinical subject‑matter contact for clinical processes across the entire patient and user journey • Understanding and explanation of end‑to‑end processes, including upstream and downstream workflows and their dependencies • Proficiency in the standard, its permissible variances, and customer‑tailored presentation • Mediation between clinical process requirements and application specialists • Creating transparency through clear documentation and communication of process decisions, deviations, risks, and project status • Enabling clinical stakeholders to make informed process decisions and ensuring acceptance and sustainable embedding of the defined processes in daily clinical practice

🎯 Requirements

• Many years of experience in clinical practice or in process‑oriented consulting for healthcare institutions, including clinical core processes and adjacent administrative areas (e.g., billing, medical controlling, quality assurance) • Solid clinical training (degree or vocational qualification in healthcare), ideally supplemented by qualifications in business administration, process management, or project management • Strong process and analytical skills with the ability to perform structured end‑to‑end assessments • Experience in functional design, process specification and SOP creation, and knowledge of change and transformation methods in the clinical environment • Consulting‑oriented personality with empathy, consistent results orientation, and a confident presence in challenging project and decision situations • Analytical thinking and convincing interprofessional communication skills • High willingness to travel of approximately 60%
