📋 Description

• Plan and deliver campaigns across marketing activations, paid media, CRM, content, creators and affiliates, taking direct ownership of activity as required. • Turn company priorities into clear plans, briefs, deadlines and measurable targets. • Own the marketing calendar and keep campaigns and projects moving. • Coordinate relevant team members, freelancers and partners, ensuring work is delivered on time and to a high standard. • Work with product, operations and marketing colleagues to deliver launches, promotions and updates. • Write and review campaign copy, briefs and promotional messaging that fit the Blitzed brand. • Track campaign spend and analyse player acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue to assess performance. • Test new ideas, improve underperforming activity and build repeatable processes around what works. • Proactively identify gaps, resolve problems and keep leadership informed of results and decisions requiring input.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience owning and delivering multi-channel digital marketing campaigns in iGaming, crypto or a closely related business. • A strong marketing generalist who is comfortable planning, executing, analysing results and coordinating others. • Able to take a broad objective and turn it into delivered work without needing detailed instructions. • Strong understanding of crypto, casino, streaming and internet culture. • Strong written English and the ability to produce engaging content without sounding corporate or relying on generic AI copy. • Commercial awareness, with the ability to look beyond clicks and impressions to understand player quality and financial results. • Understanding of how acquisition, product marketing, CRM and community activity fit together. • Experience coordinating colleagues, freelancers or external partners to deliver campaigns. • Organised, proactive and accountable, with sound judgment about priorities and when to escalate. • Comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving, ambitious startup.
