📋 Description

• Advise enterprise customers evaluating Blitzy on technical architecture and implementation • Lead technical discussions covering software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows • Run proofs-of-concept and demonstrate measurable business impact • Guide customers through integrating Blitzy into their existing development environments • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle • Translate customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights • Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives • Drive post-sale adoption and expansion across teams and products • Serve as the technical conduit between Blitzy’s CTO, AI Engineering team, and customer teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership • Strong understanding of enterprise software development and modern engineering practices • Experience with cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and micro services • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives • Experience working with enterprise customers or complex technical environments • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments • Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect • Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven products • Background working with enterprise SaaS or developer tooling • Experience helping companies modernize engineering workflows
