β€’ Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within the mid market segment β€’ Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close, managing multiple deals in parallel β€’ Build and develop relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers across target accounts β€’ Lead structured discovery conversations to uncover client challenges, priorities, and buying drivers β€’ Deliver tailored product demonstrations and proposals that clearly articulate value and business impact β€’ Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to support deal progression and seamless onboarding β€’ Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems β€’ Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes, messaging, and team performance through insight sharing

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or technology β€’ Confident managing the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to close β€’ Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders β€’ Self-motivated and driven to exceed targets, with strong organisational skills β€’ A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment β€’ Knowledge of governance or the boardroom environment is an advantage but not essential β€’ Gravitas to engage with senior stakeholders
