📋 Description

• Lead global client research projects end-to-end, from methodology design and scoping through fieldwork, analysis, and final reporting • Guide junior Research Executives and support their execution, output quality, and professional development • Communicate proactively with stakeholders and deliver strategic insights and actionable recommendations on time • Own client relationships, lead client calls, contribute to proposals, and maintain ongoing engagement • Design and execute complex quantitative studies using MaxDiff, conjoint, regression, factor analysis, and segmentation • Manage Quant AI (BoltQ) projects, including questionnaire design, logic setup, automated analysis, and report storytelling • Produce analytical and compelling output decks for client decision-making • Translate complex quantitative outputs into clear strategic implications for non-technical audiences • Quality-assure AI-generated outputs and ensure deliverables meet company standards • Contribute client feedback and improvement opportunities to BoltChatAI and BoltQ • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to enhance AI-driven research capabilities • Develop internal workflows to improve research efficiency and quality • Mentor and train junior researchers in traditional and AI-assisted methodologies • Provide input on team expansion and recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong quantitative foundation with independently delivered complex quantitative projects • Experience with MaxDiff, conjoint, regression, factor analysis, and segmentation • Fluency in SPSS and advanced Excel, including chart production, cross-tabulation, and statistical reporting • End-to-end project ownership from brief to debrief • Client-facing confidence, including leading client calls and building relationships • Ability to turn quantitative outputs into compelling narratives and strategic implications • Openness to or experience with AI-powered research tools • Ability to mentor and train junior researchers • Genuine independent delivery of advanced quantitative techniques, especially MaxDiff, conjoint, and segmentation
