📋 Description
• Lead the commercial strategy and execution for the Medical Devices Regulatory Services business across EMEA. • Deliver annual revenue, growth and profitability targets while supporting long-term strategic objectives. • Drive sales performance and market penetration across the region. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, regulators, industry bodies and key stakeholders. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships and growth initiatives. • Collaborate with global and regional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience. • Lead, coach and develop commercial leaders and teams to build organisational capability and succession plans. • Drive operational excellence through forecasting, KPI management, process improvement and business planning.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales and/or Business Development leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of the Medical Devices, Regulatory Services or Quality Assurance industry. • Previous experience leading and developing high-performing teams. • Excellent commercial acumen with experience delivering revenue growth and business performance. • Strong strategic thinking, customer focus and relationship-building skills. • Experience managing budgets, forecasting and business planning activities. • Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
