📋 Description

• Help customers understand what is possible with bunny.net and turn ideas into solutions • Build and scale the Solutions Engineering function • Solve complex customer challenges through architecture, proofs of concept, and integrations • Partner with Sales to shape deals balancing customer value, pricing, and margins • Lead and coach the existing Solutions Engineer and grow the team • Create playbooks and processes to scale efficiently • Improve customer and partner onboarding, integrations, and handovers to Customer Success • Enable Sales to use bunny.net capabilities and customer insights to identify opportunities • Own the Solutions Engineering function while remaining hands-on with complex opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of guiding complex technical deals from first conversation to close • Deep knowledge of CDNs, networking, security (WAF, DDoS, Bot Mitigation, API protection), and compute (containerization, serverless, database) or similar technologies • Experience leading technical pre-sales and building scalable processes • Strong understanding of pricing, packaging, usage, and margins • Track record of managing technical people and helping them grow • Ability to identify bottlenecks and improve processes • Curiosity to learn quickly and confidence to act independently • Ability to explain complex ideas simply to developers and business leaders • Experience taking Solutions Engineering to the next level at a growing cloud, infrastructure, or SaaS company is an advantage • Experience helping partners turn technical knowledge into customer wins is an advantage • Located in Europe, ideally within CET ±3 hours
