📋 Description

• Support referrals from Bupa’s UK insurance business through one-to-one clinical practice for clients with increasingly complex mental health conditions • Work directly with corporate clients to support mental health awareness and employee referrals • Provide high-quality, effective, and safe mental wellbeing services via MS Teams • Deliver therapeutic care demonstrating excellent clinical outcomes • Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulations to drive evidence-based intervention • Determine appropriate care and support pathways for clients • Provide telephone or video consultations according to client preference • Follow Bupa’s case management processes and collaborate with Clinical Leads and the wider therapy team • Work within sessional limits while pursuing therapeutic recovery goals • Provide signposting and onward referrals when required • Provide ad-hoc or one-off wellbeing support and coaching • Provide one-off assessments and referral recommendations • Deliver group psychoeducation, mental health awareness, wellbeing guidance, remote presentations, workshops, and training • Work autonomously within professional guidelines and Bupa policies and procedures • Attend individual and group clinical supervision and monthly team meetings • Identify improvements to client and employee experiences with operational and clinical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Professional doctorate qualification in Clinical/Counselling Psychology accredited by the British Psychological Society • Health and Care Professions Council registration as a qualified Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist • Extensive leadership experience managing clinicians in a Mental Health setting • Adult experience as a Chartered Clinical/Counselling Psychologist • At least 1 year’s post-qualification clinical experience • Additional Children’s Clinical Psychologist experience is desirable • UK-based work location
