📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • 10+ years of proven leadership experience in marketing, business development, or general management within tech/fintech • Prior experience as a Country Manager or senior leader within the cryptocurrency industry is highly desirable • In-depth understanding of the EU crypto market, consumer behavior, and financial regulatory landscapes, including MiCA, MiFID, and EMI • Established professional network within the DACH/EU crypto and fintech ecosystems • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels • Results-oriented mindset focused on measurable business outcomes • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and adapt to dynamic market changes • Fluency in English and at least one additional European language, such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian • Strong knowledge of EU crypto regulatory frameworks is an advantage • Hands-on marketing expertise and a strong track record of partnering with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) • Prior crypto management experience
