• Convince and win over well-known mid-sized and large companies in the UK and across the Nordics for our cloud-based appointment scheduling software. • Independently identify prospective customers' needs and prepare appropriate proposals. • Support and promote the agile development of our solution through regular communication with stakeholders. • Work directly with the founding team to continuously improve the sales cycle, including optimizing lead generation, pipeline creation, and conversion rates.
• Several years of experience in consultative sales of complex software products. • Multiple years of B2B sales experience, preferably in IT and/or SaaS. • Strong communication skills and an enthusiastic, highly persuasive manner. • Comfortable delivering product demos to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Persuasive, resilient, and excellent presentation and communication skills. • Deep understanding of decision-making processes within larger companies and public administrations. • Ability to set priorities and work independently. • Excellent written and spoken German and English; other languages are a plus. • Proven experience selling B2B SaaS solutions is essential.
