📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders • Support quality improvements within operational teams • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements • Implement improvement plans to enhance service delivery • Provide training and support to branch teams • Travel within the region for 2 days per week, with additional travel possible according to business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Full UK driving license • Access to a vehicle • Previous experience conducting audits, implementing improvement plans, and providing training and support would be advantageous • Proactive approach • Keen eye for detail • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to ensure high standards of service delivery and regulatory compliance
