📋 Description

• Provide specialist expertise in secondary and post-16 computing and digital education across STEM Learning • Contribute to STEM Learning’s strategic direction, programme development and wider educational impact • Design and deliver high-quality professional learning • Connect subject expertise, educational research, sector intelligence and emerging technology developments • Ensure computing and digital education provision is evidence-informed, innovative and responsive to curriculum and policy change • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners • Strengthen STEM Learning’s expertise, reach and influence • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement • Help position STEM Learning as a leading voice in computing, artificial intelligence and digital education • Support teachers through professional development and contribute to STEM education initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Significant professional experience in secondary and/or post-16 computing and digital education • Strong understanding of curriculum, qualifications, pedagogy and current developments in computing and digital education • A relevant degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in computing, education or a related discipline • Experience designing, developing and delivering professional learning for teachers and/or other education professionals • Experience developing evidence-informed educational resources and translating research and evidence into effective practice • Experience building and managing effective partnerships with external organisations and delivery partners • Experience managing complex projects, competing priorities and deadlines • Ideally, experience within large-scale or national programmes • Ability to demonstrate the values Sustainable, Innovative and Proactive
