📋 Description

• Gain in-depth product knowledge and deliver exceptional customer service • Contribute to discovery and opportunity assessment for new features and improvements • Work with Product Management and Design to shape product decisions from concept through detailed requirements • Build deep expertise across the product family and support cross-team benchmarking initiatives • Lead pre-sales and discovery calls, tailoring demos to prospect needs • Maintain the demo database • Support sales enablement through training, practice sessions, and materials • Provide product depth for tender responses • Represent Product at customer events, sales events, user groups, and regional activity • Create blogs, webinars, feature explainers, product updates, customer stories, and demo videos • Contribute to campaign development with the marketing team • Provide product expertise for customer success, implementation, and support queries • Help shape best practices for implementation and configuration • Share competitor, sector, and customer intelligence across the business • Act as the go-to product expert for sales, marketing, customer success, implementation, and support

🎯 Requirements

• Sound knowledge of MAT Financial Management systems • Experience in commercial discussions • Excellent communication with clear articulation whilst presenting • Good listener who can ask great questions to understand prospect challenges • Enjoys working as a team player and collaborating cross-functionally • Able to keep up to date with the latest government guidance • Confident presenting government guidance to customers and prospects • Deep understanding of Financial Management Solutions, ideally within Multi Academy Trusts • AI-first approach to work
