📋 Description

• Provide personalised private care for older people in their own homes • Support older people in varied ways to help them live their best life • Conduct spot checks, competency checks and observations • Support the Care Manager in operating the on-call system • Provide leadership, in-field training and supervision to new care team members • Help maintain high standards of care practice • Make a difference in the local community

🎯 Requirements

• Previous care experience • UK driver’s licence • Over 18 years of age • Access to a vehicle • Enhanced DBS disclosure • Satisfactory references • Experience in roles such as Senior Care Assistant, caregiver, care home assistant, care worker, support worker, healthcare assistant, home care assistant, carer or care home worker
