📋 Description

• Own day-to-day administrative functions and eliminate bottlenecks • Refine and standardise operational workflows across Teamtailor, Deel, communication portals, and team management tools • Support directors, volunteer leads, and DWP placement staff • Assist the CEO with Board of Trustees logistics, meeting preparation, governance compliance, and internal reporting • Monitor deliverables across strategic roadmaps and ensure milestone deadlines, including portal rollouts and DWP cohort onboarding, are met

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record in operations, administrative management, or delivery coordination within a charity, SME, or fast-paced startup environment • Highly confident using digital operations tools, including CRM/ATS platforms such as Teamtailor, global HR tools such as Deel, and project management and communication tools • Proactive and autonomous self-starter who anticipates needs, solves problems independently, and works effectively without being micromanaged • Excellent interpersonal skills and deep respect for a culture powered by dedicated volunteers and early-career placement staff • Passion for youth empowerment, mental health, and breaking down barriers for disadvantaged young people • Ability to work part-time for 25 weekly hours • Some business travel required
